I’ve put together this site to share my story – past, present, and future – and hope that others can benefit from it.  What in hindsight was likely a life-long thyroid issue took most of my adult life to discover, and there’s no reason anyone else should go through the same things I did.  For better or worse, I am continuously adjusting to my thyroid condition, and invite you to explore it with me.
